I cleaned out my inbox today. It is so funny to review old pictures, purchases and conversations. One of the emails contained these pictures that have never been showed anywhere since it was a test for the brand Envii's first look book. But I actually like them, so I decided that I can show them here.

The model is me, styling and clothes from Envii by Eva Dögg Rúnarsdóttir and photography by Ingibjörg Torfadóttir. The location is the night club Jolene in "Kødbyen".

Jeg ryddede op i min indbakke idag. Det var ret sjovt at gense gamle billeder, indkøb og samtaler. En af emailsene gemte på disse billeder som faktisk aldrig er blevet vist nogen steder, eftersom det var en test for mærket Envii's første lookbook. Men jeg kan faktisk ret godt lide dem, og synes det er helt ærgerligt at de ikke er blevet vist nogen steder så nu kommer de på bloggen.

Modellen er selvfølgelig mig, styling og tøjet fra Envii er af Eva Dögg Rúnarsdóttir og fotografen er Ingibjörg Torfadóttir. Det blev skudt på Jolene i Kødbyen.

Paris, at Zac Posen

This week has been super busy for me. I went to Paris on Monday and has been working 9 to 8 everyday up until yesterday, when I finally had a day with "just" castings. But it has been a couple of super fun days working in the Zac Posen showroom, it is such a fun and great team - by the end of the job we ended up having drinks at Hotel Costes together. Thank you Zac:) I have been doing the showing of the collections in Paris for three seasons now and this time it was pre fall 2012 collection, and it was such a lovely collection.

Pictures shows two of my favorite dresses, Nathalie wearing the mink fur coat (bonus info: Nathalie is a fit model for both Carven and Cacharel so when you buy from those brands Nathalie's body is the one that has been sculpting it), my pick from this collection if I could ever afford it, Nathalie showing off the velvet gown with matching gloves and Camille our assistant and dresser helping her, the crazy 6" Louboutin stilettos that where too big for me so I had to shove in two pairs of soles.

Luckily I have the weekend off so I have just been hanging out with friends and enjoyed great dinners and wine. Paris is so great I just love it here!

Det har været en super travl uge for mig. Mandag tog jeg til Paris og så har jeg ellers arbejdet fra 9 til 20 hver dag indtil igår hvor jeg "kun" havde castings. Men det har været nogle super sjove dage selv om det har været hårdt. De er super søde hos Zac Posen og vi har det rigtig sjovt og da jobbet var overstået gik vi alle ud og fik drinks på Hotel Costes. Tak Zac:) Det er tredje gang at jeg laver showroom for dem her i Paris og denne gang viste vi pre fall 2012. Det var en meget smuk kollektion synes jeg.

Billederne viser to af mine yndlings kjoler, Nathalie i mink jakken (bonus info: Nathalie er fitting model for både Carven og Cacharel så når I køber noget derfra er det hendes krop som har formet tøjet), mit valg hvis jeg da ellers havde råd til at købe noget fra kollektionen, Nathalie der viser den fine velour kjole med matchende handsker til og Camille, vores assistent og "dresser", som hjælper hende, mine sindsyge 6" Louboutin stilletter som var to numre for store, så jeg blev nød til at stoppe to par såler i.

Heldigvis har jeg weekenden fri så har bare hængt ud med venner og nydt lækker mad og vin. Paris er sgu meget rar:)

My take on the pencil skirt

A pencil skirt is a wardrobe staple for me, but I sometimes find it hard not to look too dressy. Weather it's a black or a patterned pencil skirt I always try to keep the accessories and especially the jewelries to a minimum. A slouchy sweater and boots or sneakers are a great way to dress it down and especially if you tend to only wear them when you dress up, this way you can use them for everyday as well.

I min garderobe skal der være mindst ét pencil skirt, men nogle gange synes jeg det kan være svært ikke at se alt for fin ud når jeg har dem på. Ligemeget om det er et sort eller et mønstret pencil skirt så prøver jeg altid at holde accessories og smykker på et minimum. Med en løs, blød sweater og støvler eller sneakers kan man hurtigt få looket ned på jorden igen, og specielt hvis du ikke er så god til at bruge dine pencil skirts til hverdag er dette en nem måde at få dem brugt.

I have always been more of a "skin care girl", so my make up is always very simple and natural with focus on great skin. I have been using a lot of different type of foundation from mineral powder to solid to liquid to mousse. I don't know yet what I like the most. In the summer I prefer mineral powder foundation but I feel like it dries my face out a little in winter. So right now I use this one from Armani that I like a lot but to make it work I have to prep my skin a lot, exfoliate, use Idealist serum etc., because otherwise my skin doesn't absorb it. So it is not the perfect one. For cover up I have been using MAC select cover-up for many years now and it works really great. I blend it with Dior skin flash when I use it under my eye. I'm on my fifth Max Factor Lash Extension Mascara and I adore it! Simply the best mascara for me. It elongates my lashes, doesn't leave "clumps" ever, and stays where it is supposed to, all day. Every day. I also use eyebrow gel. Some people will not leave the house without mascara, I will not leave the house with out combing my eyebrows with this gel. It makes such a big difference. I feel like a lot of people doesn't give enough attention to their eyebrows and it is such a shame because it can make such a big difference. Sometimes it I go out I will use a light brown shade to fill them in as well. If I sometimes feel like my face need a little extra I will use a bit of eyeliner in the outer corners to give it that "cat eye" look. The only thing I still miss in my routine is a great blush. I'm thinking of buying MAC's creme blush in the color "lady blush", a make up artist used it on me one day and it is the most natural look I have tried so far. I'm very lucky that I get to try on so many different looks when I work because I rarely buy something that turns out to be a mistake.

1. How to throw your self a pity party by Wit & Delight. This is hilarious and so true and sweet. I love that someone would make a post about this.

2. I havn't come across this blog before but it seems like it is quite established with the author coming out with a book soon. But if you also missed out so far that means there are plenty of material to catch up on. Take a look - you won't regret it!

3. This blog is so wonderful. Dave Hakkens is truly trying to make the world a better place.

More Polyvore:) I'm a big fan of a low key look of jeans, a sweater and boots with gold accessories, it gives a twist. And a parka is instantly upgraded with a nice handbag. I really like the new Harriet bag from Mulberry, I think it is one of their best so far. And in this weather a nice warm top is everything you need. I usually buy mine from Schisser (they will last forever - I still have one that I bought when I was 16!) or Abercrombie. What are your favorites to upgrade a dull winter outfit and how do you stay warm in the cold?

Og en parka bliver ligesom upgraded hvis man tilsætter er pæn håndtaske. Jeg synes rigtig godt om den nye Harriet taske fra Mulberry, synes det er en af deres bedste so far. Og når vejret er så koldt som det er i øjeblikket er der ikke noget som en dejlig undertrøje til at holde en varm. Jeg køber som regel mine hos Schisser (de holder virkelig godt, jeg har stadig én jeg købte da jeg var 16!) eller hos Abercrombie. I'm trying out this Polyvore thing (I know a 100 years after everyone els), and it is kind of fun and slightly addicting. I'm not really sure how you that whole thing where it is a direct link so this is just a screenshot, but it shows pretty well how I dress most days. A sweater, dark jeans or light if I feel like it, bracelets, boots or sneakers and a parka, especially in the winter. Works every time. To see where these items are from (not much guessing over the boots right?) go to my polyvore. (The title? So obvious it's good.)

Jeg forsøger mig med det der Polyvore (hundrede år efter alle andre), og det er ret sjovt og bliver lidt afhængig af det kan jeg mærke. Jeg har ikke helt fundet ud af hvordan det der med direkte link osv. fungerer så det her er bare et screenshot, men det viser ret godt hvordan jeg ser ud de fleste dage. En sweater, mørke eller lyse jeans, armbånd, støvler eller sneakers og en parka, i hvertfald her om vinteren. Virker hver gang. For at se hvor disse ting er fra (der skal nok ikke meget til at gætte støvlerne i hvertfald) gå til min polyvore side. (Titlen? Så indlysende at det er godt.)

My Paper Bag Original tote and leather clutch from "Labrador".

I made a really great purchase this year (actually I made a couple, but that's another post). I found an everyday tote bag that is simple but still interesting. So it looks like a paper bag but to tell the truth I have always loved those ones. It is made of the most delicious leather, and it is holding up so good despite me just throwing everything - shoes, water bottle, books etc. - in there everyday. And the best part is that it is 100% ecological and fair trade so you can shop with a clear conscience. I ordered two, one for me and one for my mother to give her on Mothers Day and she loves hers as much as I love mine. Since it doesn't have pockets I always use my leather clutch to put smaller objects into. These two things are with me everyday and I love them both for it!

Jeg gjorde mig et rigtig godt køb i år (eller faktisk gjorde jeg flere, men det kommer i en anden post). Jeg fandt en hverdags taske som er simpel men ikke kedelig. Den ligner en brun papirspose, men dem har jeg altid været ret stor fan af. Den er lavet af det lækreste læder og den holder sig rigtig godt og bliver kun pænere med tiden, på trods af at jeg bruger den til alt mit l.o.r.t. - sko, vandflaske, bøger osv. - hver dag. Det bedste af det hele er at den er fremstillet 100% økologisk og fairtrade, så man kan shoppe løs med god samvittighed. Jeg bestilte to af dem, en til mig selv og en til min mor i morsdagsgave og hun er lige så glad for sin som jeg er for min. Eftersom den ikke er rum opdelt så bruger jeg min clutch til alle de løse genstande. Jeg bruger disse to hver dag og elsker dem for det, for de klarer det simplethen så godt!

Birthday books

Marylin Monroe biography, Parisian chic by Ines de la Fressange, Walton Ford Pancha Tantra by Taschen and Helmut Newton by Taschen.

For my birthday in December I got, among other things, gift certificates for bookstores. I love books and I spend a good amount of my money on them. I have been wanting the two Taschen books for quite a while now so it was a pleasure when I was finally able to take them home. I love the photographs by Helmut Newton so this book is pure eye candy. Walton Ford is a painter and he makes the most amazing paintings of animals. I love his use of colors and the motives which at first glance looks rather sweet and innocent but are most likely animals trying to kill each other. Parisian Chic by Ines de la Fressange is a sweet style and city guide to Paris. It has great little illustrations and Ines has a great sense of humor. I love biographies and I can't wait to get started on this one on Marilyn Monroe. I haven't yet read one about her and now that the movie "My week with Marilyn" is out it seems like a great opportunity to "get to know her." The chair is a vintage that my boyfriend found and at first I was a little skeptic but now I love the color and the dark wood. Have you read any good books lately?

Til min fødselsdag i december fik jeg bl.a. gavekort til Arnold Busck. Jeg elsker bøger og bruger en god portion af mine penge på dem. Jeg har længe kigget på de to fra Taschen så det var dejligt da jeg endelig kunne ta' dem med hjem. Jeg elsker Helmut Newtons fotografier så denne bog er en fryd for øjet. Walton Ford er billedkunstner og er bl.a. blevet udstillet på Louisiana . Han maler de mest fantastiske billeder af dyr, som ved første øjekast ser meget simple og søde ud men som når man kigger en ekstra gang højest sandsynligt er dyr som prøver at slå hinanden ihjel. Parisian Chic er en style- og city guide af Ines de la Fressange som har de fineste små illustrationer. Og så har hun altså en god sans for humor synes jeg. Jeg læser tit biografier og nu da "My week with Marilyn" er i biograferne tænkte jeg at det ville være en god anledning til at "lære hende at kende". Stolen fandt min kæreste vintage og først var jeg lidt skeptisk omkring den men nu er jeg helt vild med farven på betrækket og det mørke træ. Har I læst nogle gode bøger på det seneste?

Black suede Repetto ballerinas. Bought this summer in the store on Rue du Four in Paris.

Black faux snake skin pumps from Billi Bi. These are very trashy but I love them so much and just can't bare the thought of throwing them away! I bought them four years ago, and have worn them at least a hundred times.

Beside boots and sneakers I only wear a limited amount of other shoes. The ballerinas are a classic and when I was younger I had them in a ton of different shapes and colors. But right now I actually only have this pair from Repetto. They are so soft and wonderful and they remind me of my ballet shoes I used in my teens (also from Repetto but with a soft sole - so real ballerina shoes).

I do owe a couple of high heeled stilettos but I use them mostly for castings - I'm sorry, but they are just to damn uncomfortable! So if I am wearing heels it these at 6,5 cm. I love these so much, the shape, color, texture, the fact that they are only slightly pointed. The only thing I am sad about is that the quality is not better. The heels are holding up just fine but the faux leather is starting to "crumble" in the edges. I wish I could find the exact same pair but in better quality.

Udover støvler og sneakers er det begrænset hvad for noget andet fodtøj jeg går med. Ballerinaer er et klassisk valg og da jeg var yngre havde jeg det i et væld af farver og former. Men lige nu har jeg faktisk kun disse fra Repetto. De er så skønne og bløde og minder mig om dem jeg brugte til ballet i mine teenage år (de var også fra Repetto men med blød sål, så rigtige ballet sko).

Jeg har et par højhælede stilletter men jeg bruger dem nu mest til castings - de er simpelthen bare for ukomfortable til at gå med til hverdag! Så hvis jeg har hæle på så er det disse som kun er 6,5 cm. Jeg elsker dem så højt, formen, farven, texturen, det at de ikke er helt spidse men heller ikke runde. Det eneste jeg er lidt ked af er kvaliteten. Selve hælen holder sig fint men "læderet" på selve skoen er begyndt at smuldre lidt i kanterne. Jeg ville ønske at jeg kunne finde et par magen til men i bedre kvalitet.

Today I had a day off. How lovely except that the weather is as grey as the pictures in this collage. Not very motivating. I'm going to Paris next week and I hope that the weather will be just a tiny bit better than here.

This is one of my favorite type of posts on blogs, but I haven't made one my self yet. We will have to do something about that! So here we go.

From left: Clarisonic Mia, Redken Anti Snap, Klorane dry shampoo, GB stardust hair powder, Fitness Pharma Omega supplements, Origins Clear Improvements cleansing mask, Prada Amber Perfume, Beauté Pascifique Crème Métamorphique, Bioderma Crealine H2O make up remover, Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum, Estee Lauder Idealist serum, Caudalie Eau de Beauté, Avène Hydrance Optimale Riche day creme, Avène Lait démanquillant douceur, Avène Eau Thermale, Nuxe huile prodigieuse, Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair eye treatment, Mentholatum lip balm.

I would like to think of my routine as quite simple. Until I actually laid out all of my products. These are the products I use (almost) every day. There are quite a lot of them, standing there like loyal soldiers. So my routine might not be that simple after all?

- AM and PM I use Avène Lait démanquillant douceur. This cleanser has truly changed my skin. It makes my skin super soft and is not harsh at all. My skin has never looked better after I started using it. In the evening I use my Clarisonic - one session of 1 minute. This one is truly amazing! I thought it was just this TV shop scam, but after the praising it has gotten on Into the Gloss, I was kind of intrigued so I ordered it and I have not regretted that decision, I haven't had a blemish or a break out since. Then I spray my face with Avène Eau Thermale - no tap water! It dries out my skin like crazy if I use tap water - and dry my face with a towel. If I am wearing eye make up I would have cleaned it off with Bioderma Crealine H2O before starting with this whole cleansing routine. Then I spray my face with Caudalie Eau de Beauté - it's like a toner (trying to avoid getting it in my eyes as it burns like hell! It's all natural ingredienses though but it has some mint oil or something in it).

- In the evening I use Estee Lauder Advanced Night repair serum and eye treatment and then my night creme from Beauté Pascifique Crème Métamorphique. It has vitamin A in it a should be really good if you have got acne scares which I got a bit of. It's a bit expensive but I guess that with the small amount you need there is enough to last a year. Then a coat of lip balm - Mentholatum works the best for me and done!

- In the morning I use Avène Hydrance Optimale Riche for dry to very dry sensitive skin. And I use Estee Lauder Idealist Serum. I have been using for many years now and once I had to go two months without it and my skin looked terrible! So I know now that is truly worth it and I won't ever compromise this one again.

- For my skin I have long been a fan of Nuxe huile prodigieuse. The smell is amazing, I'm addicted! Once a week I do a deep cleansing mask from Origins, Clear Improvement. And I take Omega supplements. These are from Fitness Pharma but I'm not so particular about the brands. There is a wide price range on these products and to be honest I can't really feel the difference. My "signature" perfume is Prada Amber, the first one, and I use it every day.

- I try not to wash my hair to often and ideally once a week. In between I use Klorane and GB stardust hair powder. Especially in the winter my hair gets so flat, lifeless and electric that it is actually looking pretty bad that first couple of days after a wash. To help it a little I use Redken Anti-snap every time i blow dry or use an iron in it. I'm actually not that much into hair care - but I probably should be cause when you have scandinavian hair it needs a lot of attention. I have short hair so I don't like to put too many products in it because it quickly becomes very dull when I do.

You got to get up every morning...

With a smile on your face... It can be really hard when it is so dark outside, but I have found out that for me a good morning routine helps a lot! I make sure that I have enough time to do yoga/stretching, eat breakfast and have plenty of time in the bathroom, and I really think that it makes a huge difference! Do you have a morning routine?

Det kan være rigtig svært her i den mørke tid men jeg har fundet ud af at med en god morgen routine så kan det sagtens lade sig gøre for mig. Jeg sørger for at jeg har god tid til yoga/udstrækning, morgenmad og god tid på badeværelset, og synes virkelig det gør en kæmpe forskel! Har du en morgen routine?

Movies I've watched recently

The American. Great movie with Cloony as the lead character. A must see!

Our Idiot Brother. Such great actors and a really sweet and funny movie. One of my favorites.

The Life of David Gale. Very touching and almost depressing film. A classic.

50/50. With Joseph Gordon Lewitt and Seth Rogen. A very serious issue but showed with a lot of humor. It's not actually a comedy but it has some great punchlines.

Kick Ass. A really great movie! I didn't think it would be but it is really well made and at times even moving.

The American. Virkelig god film, med Clooney i hovedrollen. Meget anbefalelses værdig!

Our Idiot Brother. Geniale skuespillere og virkelig sjov og sød film. En af mine yndlings.

The Life of David Gale. Meget rørende film - næsten helt deprimerende. Lidt en klassiker.

50/50. Med Joseph Gordon Lewitt og Seth Rogen. Meget alvorligt emne udgivet på en virkelig fin måde. Det er ikke decideret en komedie, men den har stadig nogle gode punch lines.

Kick Ass. Virkelig god film! Det troede jeg ikke den ville være, men den er virkelig gennemført og til tider helt rørende.

I got a Tumblr now. I Have been thinking that my blog as it is at the moment, is actually more of a Tumblr. So I thought, why not just get the real deal - it's easier to share pictures, and then I can separate the pictures from the collages, desires and everyday talk. But that also means that I will try to make this blog more personal, more about me. So if your in it for the pictures then hurry on to my Tumblr.

Jeg har egentlig længe følt at min blog mere var som en Tumblr og tænkte at det ville være en god idé at vise billederne dér og så ha det mere personlige sammen med kollagerne her. ... find the perfect black dress, and I thought I had - but they ruined it with a big ugly zipper in the back (this seems to be a returning problem for me - what is up with these zippers?!). Looking for something similar.

So my real christmas wish list looks like this:

1. Book: "Pedro Almodovar Archives" from Taschen.

2. A nice light colored sweater, this one is from Isabel Marant but from an older collection. Any brand would do as long as the quality is nice.

3. Vitra Utensilo II storage-thing in white. I have been wanting this for ages now (not kidding - first layed eyes on this one when i was around 17), I think it is a great and decorative way to store my belongings.

4. Gym clothes from Stella McCartney = work out in style. I hope it could inspire me to be more active:)

5. Bracelets. Just pretty ones.

6. The Golden Pig from Areaware. Love this one, so funny and cute!

7. A Comme des Garçons clutch. I think I would like a bright red one. Could be cool to light up an outfit.

The Impossible Christmas Wish list

I was always told that I could wish for what ever I wanted for christmas, but I had to prepare my self that I might not get it. This year I have a list of impossible christmas wishes, that I would love to receive, but I know that would be a long shot, and I'm happy just dreaming about one day when they might come true. So here is my impossible christmas wish list.

1. Anton. I have been wanting a dog ever since I left home, and am already preparing for one day when this might be possible. In my search for the perfect breed and kennels I found Anton. He might just be the cutest thing I have ever seen! He is a one and a half year old Löwchen and the reason his family wants to sell him is he is too small to be a show dog. I don't care for dog shows so Anton is perfect in my eyes, and would be the perfect companion. But if I can't give him a home, my wish for christmas is that Anton finds another nice family that will give him a lot of love and take great care of him.

2. Mad Men season 5. I just watched the first four seasons and I'm dying for more! Please hurry up filming so that I don't have to wait too long to get my fix.

3. Arizona Muse's perfect hair and eyebrows. I feel like no matter how hard I try I just can't get as great eyebrows and hair as her. I have fine(thin) scandinavian hair and my greatest wish is to get thicker hair.

4. White christmas. Nothing is better that waking up on Christmas Day, watching the beautiful white landscape. I wish for a white christmas!

5. Of course... World peace!

6. The Wegner Flagline Chair. This is the most beautiful pice of furniture in my opinion, and I hope that some day I will be able to cozy up on a cold day with a book in this beautiful chair. That would be the day!

7. Last seasons Alaïa shoes. These are the most beautiful shoes I have ever seen, and I would be so happy if I will ever be able to lay my hands on these. Bothe price wise and availability wise, I don't really think it would ever happen, but you can only dream:)

8. A garden. I would love to have a garden. I love being outdoor, and I would love to be able to grow my own vegetables. Some day...

9. An Hermes Kelly bag. The ultimate bag is in my opinion the Kelly. Timeless, classic and always in style. This would be a forever lasting investment, that I hope one day to achieve.

10. Home cooked meals. I would love to have the time, energy and money, to enjoy delicious home cooked meals every day. Nothing makes me feel better then eating home cooked meals.

I have three wishes left for fall. One is a black cashmere scarf, not very interesting so it is not featured here. The other things are black sneakers and a black peacoat. Ideally I would buy the Isabel Marant sneakers (right), but they are very expensive and I am not sure that I would still love them in two years. Same goes with the Acne ones (middle). They are really cool, but perhaps a little too, hmm, spacy to have a long life. But I could imagine that the quality would be very nice. Nike made this feature where you customize your sneakers so I made these suede and leather ones (I can't decide if I want to put my name on or not?), and they are actually a great option. They are very basic so I would never tire of them. And the best thing is the price, 980dkkr, for a pair of leather and suede boots.

I have decided on the shape and color of the coat I want, but still haven't found the perfect one. Or I have, all of the above (left, Etoile Isabel Marant, middle Burberry Brit and right A.P.C.) but they are about 2800-4000dkkr and all though I want a great quality winter jacket I don't have money for that right now, and I need a winter jacket now (can you believe it? It's not even October, but when I go out at night it's so cold!), so I'm looking for a cheaper one, but still in great quality. Let me know if you have any suggestions:)

Fall is approaching and I only have four (five) wardrobe wishes for this season. A black or grey coat, a black cashmere scarf, a nice cool sweater, and corduroy or black trousers. These are some of the styles I'm looking for. From top to bottom: black coat from Etoile Isabel Marant, Burberry peacoat, Tiger of Sweden coat, Etoile Isabel Marant coat, Wood Wood tote(more on that one later), Isabel Marant cashmere scarf, Bottega Veneta scarf, Gucci cashmere scarf, bloc color sweater from Etoile Isabel Marant, sweater from 3.1 Philip Lim, navy sweater from T by Alexander Wang, Mint sweater from Acne, corduroy pants from Isabel Marant, wool pants from Maje, wool pants from Wood Wood and corduroy pants from J. Crew.

I'm very much considering the Burberry coat since I have wanting it for almost three years now, but again I'm not completely sure about the collar. And it doesn't cover my behind. I noticed that Wood Wood have made my favorite bag in suede now, and since the other one is almost falling apart I really need one to give it a rest. The scarfs shown here are way too expensive for me, so I'm just gonna look around. How hard can it be to find a simple black cashmere scarf? Same with sweaters. Just gonna look around and see if I find one I like, otherwise I'm just not getting one this year, I have plenty already. Corduroy pants!! I need badly! They are just too cool and cosy and perfect for this cold weather. So. This is what I plan to get this season(fall/winter).

Didn't need to bring much with me to Paris. This time around I had packed a lot smarter with fewer items that all goes together.

White Whyred tee shirt, checked Acne shirt, old shirt dress and a black trench coat that also works as a rain coat.

Top shelve: navy menswear cotton sweater, vintage white knitted sweater, Vanessa Bruno Athé sweatshirt and old H&M angora and wool blend sweater that I have just recently cut all the sequins off the shoulders, so now I can wear it again:) Bottom shelve: my loose Acne jeans, H&M snake print denim skirt, white A&F shorts. 3x A&F tank tops, Filippa K tank top and striped vintage tee shirt.

Shoes: old leopard printed ballerinas that just holds together, my faaavoriteee suede boots from Notabene, black boots from Topshop and my beloved white sneakers from Golden Goose.

This is what I packed, and it is also kind of what I wear when I'm in Copenhagen - just packed my favorite things. + I'm wearing black skinny jeans and a grey menswear sweater similar to the navy one:)

I'm back in Paris and yesterday I was at a shoot and I thought it would be fun to document it a little:)

So here we have the french make up artists make up kit. Always interesting:) I spot Caudalie eau de beauté, Embryolisse cream, bumble&bumble surf spray, MAC cream blushes and Mason Person brushes. Do you spot any other good products I forgot to mention?

And here we have the stylist room. We were shooting in a gorgeous private apartment so we had to use the kids room for hair and make up and the bedroom for the clothe.

Here's me and my look. Very very natural, focus on eyes and brows and simple hair. No fuss. I like that.

The view from the apartment was insane! I don't think you could get any closer to the Arc de Triomphe.

And here we have the crew. And the giant lamp:)

It's just iPhone pictures but I have been quit surprised how well they are turning out once you put them up on a big screen. I mean they are obliviously not the best but they are alright I think. Never knew that, or I would have taken way more pictures with my phone.

Pictures from my summer vacation. First of all six weeks in Paris. It was amazing! Went to all the museums, my favorite was Centre Georges Pompidou, saw the fireworks on Bastille day and strolled around the amazing city. Afterwards I was at my moms for two weeks, where we went to Aarhus and saw the Olafur Eliason exhibition at Aros. It was really good! When I came back to Copenhagen it was time for fashionweek which is always nice. I have had the best summer!

I'm starting to feel the fall creeping in on me. Yesterday I saw some of the new Isabel Marant collection in Gallerie Lafayette and I wanted to throw all my money after it! I don't even feel inspired to wear summer clothes anymore. But what is summer clothes anyway? My summer wardrobe consists of shorts, and then I just mix it up with my winter clothes. I don't even owe sandals, 'cause I can only wear them in such a limited period of time so it just seems like a waste of money. Now a great sweater from the new Isabel Marant collection I could wear all year long, every year:) I will not leave Paris without one!

Basic, classic and either street cool, loose jeans & sneakers or rock and roll with black skinny jeans and boots. Always with a little feminine touch and a little skull somewhere.

Who are your favorite designers?

Golde Goose, Acne basics - not the weird stuff, Vanessa Bruno. I like a lot of designers even though I don't owe anything from them, such as Isabel Marant, Chanel, Balenciaga.

What are your favorit places to shop?

Online probably.

Who are your style icons?

Charlotte Gainsbourg and her sister Lou Doillon. I like Carine Roitfeld's look, hair, make up etc. Blogger Elin Kling is pretty great too. Various stylists and people I have met.

Are there any key pieces you find yourself wearing constantly?

My suede Notabene boots, black jeans from Dr Denim and my Filippa K tank top which is the perfect tank top in my opinion.

What is your most recently purchase?

A little red bracelet with a pink skull pendant, from Colette.

Do you have any stories about amazing deals you've gotten on awesome pieces?

I'm not very good at getting bargains. When I want something I don't mind spending on it. But I once bought a pair of black boots for 25kr(about 5$) in a thrift store and wore them until they were completely unwearable and I had to throw them away just a couple of weeks ago.

Which beauty products do you recommend?

Clinique dark spot corrector really works! MAC strobe cream and Make Up Store browfix, because everyone can use a little highlighter and a little attention on the eyebrows.

What is the best thing about your job?

Travelling, meeting cool people and that it is always exciting to go to work. And playing with fashion.

So just to update on the Paris situation, it is going way better! I love this city and everything it has to offer. Today it was a trip to Bruxelles for a photo shoot, very exciting. I have never been to Bruxelles before. I also happened to be here for the sales. Which is actually more confusing than fun. There are so many gorgeous thing on sale and I'm very focused on trying to buy only the right things, which has left me kind of paralyzed. But the city is beautiful and my apartment is so parisian that it is almost as cliché as the title of this post;)

Oh and aren't the Vanessa Bruno boots gorgeous? They are of course on sale right now, but I can't decide if I need them, so I better not... or?

Investing well in clothes

I have made myself a set of rules for investing in clothe, based on articles posted by un petit bijou and deadfleurette. I hope I can live up to them 'cause that would be smart. I call them:

Investing well in clothes

You should LOVE every piece of garment that you owe. If you don't sell it or what ever.

Investments should last at least five years. So they should be in great quality and be timeless.

Spend as much as you can afford on a new investment and do without something else. As it should still be wearable in five years you will have saved money in the long run.

Quality check when buying: Feel the fabric, check for loose threads. Crunch the fabric to see if it stays wrinkly or stretches, if it does move on!

Always try on! You have to feel good in it. Try sitting, stretching, squatting ect. to see how the fabric reacts.

This should hopefully prevent me from buying crap in the future, and over time build the perfect, lasting wardrobe, fit for every occasion.

Oh and I know that the picture has nothing to do with the text but I just liked it:)
